Your bag and browsing

Your bag stores necklace identifiers and quantities only in this browser, until you remove them or clear this site's browser data. It is not sent to the atelier. Customer accounts, order requests, reviews and payments are unavailable. No customer session cookie is created.

Register.it hosts this site and receives technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details to deliver and secure the service. Necessary technical processing is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Hosting logs are retained only for security, troubleshooting and applicable legal obligations, according to the hosting provider's service retention rules. The application does not create visitor access logs. Private administration uses a session cookie lasting up to eight hours and temporarily counts sign-in attempts using hashed network identifiers; counters expire after ten minutes and are cleaned on subsequent sign-in attempts.

Statistics and your choice

The Google tag for Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, ID G-V365SM3D66) is requested when this page opens, before you choose. The request sends standard connection information such as your IP address and browser details to Google. The tag starts no page views and receives no Analytics consent until you accept. If you refuse, the page removes the tag script element, disables future Analytics processing and clears accessible Analytics cookies; the initial script request cannot be recalled.

Contacting us and recipients

Email and Instagram links open services you choose to use; nothing is sent automatically and no Instagram content is embedded. If you contact us, we use your contact details and message to respond, based on legitimate interest in answering enquiries or on pre-contractual steps you request. Messages are kept for the time needed to resolve your enquiry and any necessary follow-up, or longer where legal obligations or the defence of legal claims require it. Providing contact details is optional, but we need a way to reply.

Hosting, email and, when enabled after consent, analytics providers process data for their respective services. Google services may involve processing outside the EEA under applicable adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards. Details are available through Google's privacy information and transfer frameworks. Instagram use is subject to its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal data or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
